Abstract
⺠We examine the gender difference on MetS prevalence in adults with disabilities. ⺠The prevalence of MetS was 16.8% in men and 23.1% in women. ⺠The genders were significantly different in the followings: abdominal obesity, blood pressure, fasting glucose level, triglyceride level and HDL-C.
