Abstract
⺠An occupational therapy home program (OTHP) was proposed in children with ID. ⺠The OTHP is capable of improving motor functions, activity participation, and parents satisfaction with performance in ID. ⺠Pediatricians can advise families to implement 20 weeks of OTHP with an average 15 min per session to facilitate functional changes of children with ID.
