Abstract
⺠Predictors of burnout (exhaustion, depersonalisation and accomplishment) in disability support workers (DSWs) were explored. ⺠Factors like client challenging behaviour, role ambiguity and support were significant predictors of the three facets of burnout. ⺠The findings highlight that there are many processes that disability services/organisations can implement in order to prevent the development of burnout in DSWs.
