Abstract
⺠A study of foot-ground interaction in children with Down syndrome (DS) is proposed. ⺠Children with DS exhibit peculiar plantar pressure patterns. ⺠In children with DS the foot-ground contact develop similarly to unaffected children. ⺠Children with DS are characterized by higher contact pressure in mid and forefoot.
