Abstract
⺠The focus is on cognitive biases in individuals with mild to borderline ID. ⺠Computer tasks in combination with eye-tracking methodology were used. ⺠There were no differences between groups based on severity of alcohol use-related problems. ⺠IQ does not appear to influence the strength of cognitive biases. ⺠This gives opportunities for treating problematic alcohol use in individuals with ID.
