Abstract
► Children with cerebral palsy had knee strength deficits, especially knee flexor (KF). ► KF strength dominated gross motor function than knee extensor (KE). ► KF strength at varying angular velocities was related to various gross motor tasks. ► Children with GMFCS level II had lower KF and KE strength than those with level I. ► Hamstring-quadriceps ratio may be used as a potential biomarker for strengthening effects.
