Abstract
⺠We studied assessment of complex gait following SCI for subsequent rehabilitation. ⺠EMG and footfall signals were recorded simultaneously and synchronized analyzed. ⺠The EMG signal was processed by the RMS in frequency domain within phases of gait cycle. ⺠The distribution of muscle activation was compared between healthy and SCI participants. ⺠Key differences were observed in the activation of tibialis anterior (TA) and rectus femoris (RF).
