Abstract
⺠Serum Helicobacter pylori IgG antibody was detected in 74.8% of intellectual disabled children. ⺠The likelihood of H. pylori IgG positive response was increased with age. ⺠Institutionalization of more than 49 months affected positive H. pylori IgG response. ⺠Anti-CagA antibody titers were positive in 58.6% of intellectual disabled children.
