Abstract
⺠We examined left ventricle structure and function in adolescents with DCD. ⺠Fat mass is greater in adolescents with DCD. ⺠Greater fat mass leads to elevated cardiac output. ⺠Fat mass and cardiac output result in elevated left ventricle mass in those with DCD. ⺠Fat mass, cardiac output, and left ventricle mass remain elevated over three years.
