Abstract
ⶠDown and Prader-Willi syndrome are characterised by some common clinical and functional features. ⶠPrader-Willi and Down patients presented abnormal postural control, with Prader-Willi showing poorer control in antero-posterior direction. ⶠPrader-Willi should be encouraged to undergo specific balance training and strengthening of the ankle muscles.
