Abstract
⺠Conformational preferences of wybutine (yW) have been investigated theoretically. ⺠Wybutine side chain shows multiple iso-energetic conformations. ⺠Different conformations of wybutine may have certain implications on frameshifting. ⺠This study is important to understand role of wybutine in diseases like Cancer and HIV.
