Abstract
ⶠWe analyze the police profiles of 154,000 drivers in South Korea using covariance and the t-test. ⶠWe model differences between drivers whose license was revoked and drivers whose license was suspended. ⶠWe find that the suspension group committed traffic violations less often than the revocation group for the following periods. ⶠLicense suspension might be more effective at increasing compliance to traffic laws than license revocation.
