Abstract
▶ Emergency transportation was always run in high speed regardless of patients' status. ▶ In urban areas, it is not possible to gain much time by driving in high speed. ▶ It is doubtful whether there is any benefit to drive fast in urban areas. ▶ Guidelines are needed for assessing whether driving in high speed is justified.
