Abstract
ⶠEmergency transportation was always run in high speed regardless of patients' status. ⶠIn urban areas, it is not possible to gain much time by driving in high speed. ⶠIt is doubtful whether there is any benefit to drive fast in urban areas. ⶠGuidelines are needed for assessing whether driving in high speed is justified.
