Abstract
ⶠOlder drivers report avoiding driving situations that they perceive as dangerous. ⶠA standard test of driving avoidance was used with 75 older drivers. ⶠA low level of avoidance was reported. ⶠOlder drivers may avoid situations other than those routinely assessed.
