Abstract
ⶠWe examine preferences for a red light camera program with stated choice methodology. ⶠResults suggest an interaction between the violation fine and number of cameras used. ⶠPerceptions of red light cameras are strongly influenced by policy variables used. ⶠThe variable interaction on perceptions is consistent with deterrence theory. ⶠImplications for accident prevention with the use of RLC programs are presented.
