â¶ Young people and scooter riders are more likely to ride unprotected â¶ Those who ride unprotected are sceptical that clothing can reduce risk of injury â¶ Those who ride unprotected believe full protection is not necessary in hot weather â¶ Unprotected riders are less likely to have sought protective clothing information â¶ Riding unprotected is not associated with experience or predictors of risk taking.
