Abstract
ⶠThe micellization of T904 in aqueous solutions and solubilization of nimesulide were examined. ⶠNMR and DLS were used to study the micellization at different temperatures and in the presence of salt. ⶠThe solubilization increased with temperature and the drug solubilized in core region of micelles. ⶠIt provides vital information that will enable the use of T904 as drug carrier or in drug releasing systems.
