Abstract
ⶠSpotting of protein solutions performed on plasma-treated PDMS-coated glass slides. ⶠAchieved highly homogeneous spots of enhanced (6Ã) signal intensity. ⶠThe proposed slides outperform commercially available microarray slides such as PS. ⶠAchieved smaller spots (1/3Ã) on long-aged-after-plasma-treatment PDMS-coated slides.
