Abstract
ⶠThis work provided a biothermodynamic approach to real-time monitor the heat of metabolism by ITC during the co-incubation of living cells and Aβ species. ⶠThe effects of Aβ conformation and concentration of oligomeric Aβ on cytotoxicity were successfully distinguished by ITC. ⶠITC may serve as a platform for the screening of drug candidates for diseases.
