Abstract
⺠The surfaces of MPC polymers suppressed non-specific binding proteins enough. ⺠The positions of phosphorylcholine groups of the polymers caused differences in surface properties. ⺠MPC was not able to supply suitable environment like surface of cell membrane for COX-1.
