Abstract
â¶ Macroporous film can potentially control the morphology of MC3T3-E1 cells. â¶ Pore size and the composition of the scaffolding affects cell proliferation. â¶ Cell proliferation was restricted by macroporous silica with 100-500 pore sizes. â¶ In case of macroporous HAp films, the number of growing cells steadily increased.
