Abstract
⺠Binding interaction of EMPD to HSA is dominated by a static quenching procedure. ⺠Drug-protein complex is stabilized with hydrophobic forces and hydrogen bonding. ⺠The specific binding site of EMPD is located at the subdomains IIA of HSA. ⺠The distance between the donor and the acceptor is estimated as 4.85 nm. ⺠Presence of common metal ions increases the systems binding constants.
