Abstract
Membrane flux of NF under different VRFs. The volume reduction factor (VRF) did a noticeably adverse effect on the membrane flux, i.e., the membrane fouling became worse with the promotion of VRF. Considering the regression coefficient R2, the aforementioned semi-log relationship was more significant for the EC pretreated case than that for EC un-pretreated case, which could be resulted from the rapid decreases in flux curve from the VRF of 4 in the EC un-pretreated case.89
