Abstract
ⶠHigh quality ordered mesoporous MCM-48 and Al-MCM-48 membranes were synthesized by hydrothermal method. ⶠWater vapor/oxygen permeation and separation properties of these ordered mesoporous membranes were studied experimentally. ⶠAl-MCM-48 membranes exhibit high separation performance with water vapor/oxygen selectivity as high as 142, with water vapor permeance of 6 Ã 10â8 mol/m2 Pa s.
