Abstract
▶ The hydrophobicity of membranes is very important for the separation of EtOH/H2O mixture. ▶ The contact angles of silicalite-1 membranes with and without ETES are 68.9 and 31.1. ▶ Using ETES as silicon source can enhance the hydrophobicity of silicalite-1 membranes. ▶
