Abstract
â¶ The effect of microwave radiation on the magnetic properties of iron ore was investigated. â¶ Increasing in radiation time up to 60Â s results increasing total magnetism saturation and remnant magnetization. â¶ With further increasing in microwave radiation time to 120Â s, the total magnetism saturation and remnant magnetization were decreased. â¶ Microwave radiation has a significant effect upon magnetic properties of iron ore. â¶ Excessive radiation has negative effect and reduces the magnetic susceptibility of iron ore.
