Abstract
⺠PS-PEHA-Ald and PS-PG-Ald pellets were studied as supports immobilizing amylase TAKA. ⺠The immobilization capacity of PS-PEHA-Ald was greater than that of PS-PG-Ald. ⺠PS-PG-Ald immobilized TAKA displayed a higher thermal stability. ⺠PS-PEHA-Ald immobilized TAKA was more stable in storage and reusability. ⺠The catalytic efficiency of TAKA was increased by the immobilization procedures.
