Abstract
⺠We constructed two organic solvent-responsive expression vectors. ⺠We constructed an organic solvent-tolerant biodesulfurizing strain Pseudomonas putida DS23. ⺠We examined the biodesulfurizing activity of P. putida DS23. ⺠Strain DS23 was better than the strain constructed with IPTG-induced vector.
