Abstract
âºPteris vittata and arsenic-resistant bacteria effectively solubilized arsenic from FeAsO4 and AlAsO4 minerals. ⺠Fe was accumulated in the roots with arsenic, hindering their translocation in P. vittata. ⺠Arsenic-resistant bacteria increased plant biomass. ⺠As-induced P uptake was probably responsible for plant biomass increase.
