Abstract
⺠Thermogravimetric analysis allows monitoring enzymatic bleaching. ⺠Laccase/HBT treatment degrades external layer of cellulose microfibril. ⺠Xylanase cleans microfibril surface, increasing the cellulose crystallinity. ⺠Xylanase pre-treatment improves the laccase effects.
