Abstract
⺠Three pH-control modes in submerged culture of T. fuciformis spore were evaluated. ⺠A pH-stat mode is a more efficient way of carrying out the fermentation process to increase EPS production. ⺠The three-stage pH control strategy is effective for cell growth.
