Abstract
⺠In production of 2nd generation bioethanol, pretreatments are a key initial step. ⺠Pretreatment with white rot fungus and microwave reaction increased hydrolyzability. ⺠Crystalline and non-crystalline cellulose were exposed by the pretreatment. ⺠Bioethanol was produced by simultaneous saccharification and fermentation.
