Abstract
⺠This study investigated the effect of trace metals on mesophilic methane fermentation of food waste. ⺠The most suitable values for Fe/COD, Co/COD, and Ni/COD were determined. ⺠This is the first report to identify the trace metals requirements based on bacterial growth.
