Abstract
⺠The study explored bacterial communities and metabolites during treatment of PMDE. ⺠Treatment of PMDE showed significant reduction in pollution parameters. ⺠Bacterial communities belong to archaea, firmicutes and α, β and γ-proteobacteria. ⺠Methanococcus sp., Agrobacterium sp., and Thauera sp., was noted as new sp. ⺠Methylbenzene, furfuryl alcohol and 4-vinyl-2-methoxyphenol were new metabolites.
