Abstract
⺠Polyurethane (PU) nanofibers absorb large amount of BSA in the presence of LiCl. ⺠Multilayer-immobilization strategy was used to prepare nanofibrous lipase AK. ⺠Nanofibrous lipase AK catalyzes the synthesis of biodiesel efficiently. ⺠Performance of nanofibrous lipase is sensitive to LiCl content in PU. ⺠Nanofibrous lipase with 5% LiCl is most powerful and could be reused for 42 cycles.
