Abstract
► Polyurethane (PU) nanofibers absorb large amount of BSA in the presence of LiCl. ► Multilayer-immobilization strategy was used to prepare nanofibrous lipase AK. ► Nanofibrous lipase AK catalyzes the synthesis of biodiesel efficiently. ► Performance of nanofibrous lipase is sensitive to LiCl content in PU. ► Nanofibrous lipase with 5% LiCl is most powerful and could be reused for 42 cycles.
