Abstract
⺠Additional potential application of kenaf core fibres for removing hazardous dye from wastewater. ⺠Enhancement of adsorption capacity of kenaf core fibres towards methylene blue by esterification. ⺠131.6 mg/g of maximum adsorption capacity was achieved for the citric acid-treated kenaf core fibres.
