Abstract
► Taguchi design was firstly applied for consortia construction from six fungi. ► Taguchi design combined with interaction analysis simplified efficient consortia construction. ► Consortium-APcT2 has definite composition and proportion and efficient enzyme system with strong straw hydrolysis. ► Consortium-APcT2 consists of Trichoderma sp. T-1, P. chrysosporium and A. oryzae A-4. ► Enhanced enzyme production and synergism of enzymes increased straw composition in consortium-APcT2.
