Abstract
⺠Taguchi design was firstly applied for consortia construction from six fungi. ⺠Taguchi design combined with interaction analysis simplified efficient consortia construction. ⺠Consortium-APcT2 has definite composition and proportion and efficient enzyme system with strong straw hydrolysis. ⺠Consortium-APcT2 consists of Trichoderma sp. T-1, P. chrysosporium and A. oryzae A-4. ⺠Enhanced enzyme production and synergism of enzymes increased straw composition in consortium-APcT2.
