Abstract
⺠Solid nanosized hydrotalcite nanoparticles were synthesized by co-precipitation. ⺠The nanoparticles were activated with Ca(OH)2, and used for cellulose hydrolysis. ⺠Over 47% hydrolysis yield with 85% glucose selectivity was achieved at 423 K. ⺠The nanocatalyst was stable and unleachable, and easily separated for four cycles.
