Abstract
⺠Present study describes novel medium (PAM) for screening phosphate-accumulating organisms. ⺠PAM serves as a synergistic microbiological growth medium for preferential screening of PAOs. ⺠Efficiency of screening PAOs enhanced by PAM-TBO assay in 96 well microplate platform. ⺠Our simple high throughput protocol significantly reduced time for screening PAOs. ⺠It is envisaged that use of this protocol will be salutary for the quick screening of PAOs.
