Abstract
► Cold enzymatic hydrolysis conditions for ethanol production were optimized. ► The optimum conditions were obtained by response surface methodology. ► The multi-objectives optimizations were obtained by weighted coefficient methods. ► The optimized conditions were feasible and reliable through verification tests.
