Abstract
⺠Cold enzymatic hydrolysis conditions for ethanol production were optimized. ⺠The optimum conditions were obtained by response surface methodology. ⺠The multi-objectives optimizations were obtained by weighted coefficient methods. ⺠The optimized conditions were feasible and reliable through verification tests.
