Abstract
⺠Phlebia brevispora was used to degrade wheat straw under solid state conditions. ⺠Effect of supplements and optimization of their concentration was established. ⺠The process was successfully scaled up from 5 g to 200 g under optimized conditions. ⺠Selective lignin degradation, enhancement in IVD and nutritive quality was achieved.
