Abstract
⺠The pyrolytic oil produced from slow pyrolysis of T. chui has a HHV of 28 MJ/kg. ⺠The pyrolytic oil fraction exhibits a wide variety of potentially valuable molecules. ⺠T. chui biochar has a HHV of 14.5 MJ/kg. ⺠The biochar registers high CEC, N and Na+ levels and exhibits a low C:N ratio. ⺠T. chui biochar can sequester â¼9%/wt of the C in the original microalgae feedstock.
