Abstract
⺠We propose the swirling fluidized-bed combustor using a modified swirler. ⺠The combustor enables effective co-firing eucalyptus bark and rubberwood sawdust. ⺠We examine temperature and gas concentration profiles in the reactor. ⺠Combustion efficiency of 99.6% is achievable for the co-firing. ⺠Emissions of CO and NO from the combustor meet the national emission limits.
