Abstract
⸠A respirometer was adapted to dynamic conditions and used to measure solid wastes respiration indices. ⸠Airflow recirculation system through the waste reduced O2 transfer limitations and increased respiration rates. ⸠This technique would improve biological stability measurements. ⸠It was applied to measure compost stability during a sludge composting process.
