Abstract
⺠Removal of furfural and concentration of xylose and glucose in model solution were examined with two commercial NF membrances. ⺠The rejections of the three solutes were significantly influenced by the operating conditions. ⺠Concentration operation greatly increased the concentrations of xylose and glucose. ⺠Diafiltration operation greatly removed furfural.
