Abstract
The Clean Power Plan includes general and specific incentives for states to implement policies that have the potential to maintain and increase generation from nuclear power plants. As they consider whether and how to address nuclear plants, state policymakers need to understand the range of options available to the EPA as the agency begins the long process of finalizing the CPP.
