Abstract
► Electrical conduction in water was investigated using an electrode system. ► Resistive barrier discharge caused filamentary discharge on water surface. ► Discharge current distribution characteristics change according to conductivity. ► Small conductivity difference has significant influence to the electrical conduction. ► Relation between surface potential and underwater discharge current was observed.
