Abstract
⺠Electrical conduction in water was investigated using an electrode system. ⺠Resistive barrier discharge caused filamentary discharge on water surface. ⺠Discharge current distribution characteristics change according to conductivity. ⺠Small conductivity difference has significant influence to the electrical conduction. ⺠Relation between surface potential and underwater discharge current was observed.
