Abstract
⺠Use of the least squares approach for 2-step and 4-step processing algorithms. ⺠Use of orthogonal-triangular decomposition instead of pseudo-inverse matrix. ⺠Re-referencing with data acquired during deformation results in lower quality. ⺠4-step phase stepped data processed with 1-, 2- and 4-step algorithms. ⺠Use of pixel-wise temporal histories if full-field speckle interferometry analysis fails.
