Abstract
⺠FT, WFT, and WT profilometry are compared on phase calculation at discontinuities. ⺠Simulated and experimental data are testified at edges by FT, WFT and WT methods. ⺠WFT profilometry has the best performance of measuring objects having discontinuities.
