Abstract
⺠The probe for measuring coordinates of hidden parts based on non-diffracting beam. ⺠The probe could achieve milliradian-level precision of the attitude angles. ⺠The probe can combine with total station or laser tracker in large-scale spaces. ⺠Combine-measurement system have reliable precision and more flexible. ⺠A new method was proposed for accurately measuring spatial attitude angles.
